About
Doula Vine was born in the margins - in quiet conversations with women who felt unseen.
I currently live in Orange County and am a mother of three. As a single mom, I understand both the beauty and the weight of carrying responsibility alone. Motherhood has shaped me deeply — it has strengthened me, humbled me, and expanded my heart in ways I never expected. It’s also given me a fierce compassion for women who are walking through pregnancy without the support they deserve.
For 15 years, I worked closely with women impacted by the sex trafficking industry. I met women in crisis — many of them pregnant — who were longing for a way out but unsure if something different was possible for them. I witnessed fear, resilience, survival, and hope all intertwined.
And when they spoke about their babies, something shifted.
Pregnancy often became a turning point — a flicker of light in the middle of chaos. A reason to leave. A reason to fight. A reason to imagine a safer future.
But hope is fragile without support.
I saw how powerful steady presence could be. Someone to explain what was happening to their bodies. Someone to sit in hospital rooms. Someone to advocate. Someone to say, “You are not alone.”
As a mother myself, I couldn’t ignore what I was witnessing. I know how vulnerable pregnancy can feel — even in the best circumstances. I couldn’t imagine navigating it in fear, isolation, or exploitation.
So Doula Vine was created.
We exist to stand beside women in crisis during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to mothers rebuilding their lives — women stepping out of exploitation, instability, or unsafe environments.
We believe birth can be more than a medical event.
It can be a moment of reclaiming.
A moment of dignity.
A moment where a woman realizes she is stronger than her past.
Because when a mother is supported, everything changes — not just her birth story, but her future… and her child’s.
Doula Vine exists to turn fragile hope into lasting transformation — one mother, one birth, one new beginning at a time.
With Warmth,
